Todd & Moore loves our community and desires to give back to those who have supported us. Although we would love to support every cause, our donation funds are very limited. We have set criteria we follow to help us to make a determination of donations that are of mutual benefit to both the organization and to Todd & Moore.
Meeting all the criteria below is not a guarantee of a donation. We will review your donation request and our quarterly budget before making a decision.
All donation requests must be in writing (including a flyer, brochure, or other promotional material for the event). Donation requests should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 3 weeks before the day of the event.
Donation Request Selection Criteria
- Event must be located within 10 miles of Todd & Moore location.
- Event reaches a large audience with no exclusions and serves the greater good of the community.
- Organization’s focus is one of the following categories:
- Must be a registered charity with a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
- Organization has not received a donation from Todd & Moore in the last 12 months
- There is a mutual benefit to both the organization and Todd & Moore.
- cross promotion
- ad space and/or online advertising
- sponsor recognition
- on-site packet pickup or registration at Todd & Moore
