Refund policy
Returns
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange with original receipt (if purchased in-store) If shipping your return, please use insurance and ship to:
- Customer provides return shipping
- No restocking fee
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Items must be in new and unused condition
- Products are to be placed back in their original packaging
- All original tags attached, instructions and accessories that came with the original shipment need to be included with the return

*Closeout items or final sale items
Damages / incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us if you have any questions at 803.765.0150 and ask to speak with someone in our online sales dept.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
