Returns
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange with original receipt (if purchased in-store) If shipping your return, please use insurance and ship to:
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Items must be in new and unused condition
- Products are to be placed back in their original packaging
- All original tags attached, instructions and accessories that came with the original shipment need to be included with the return
Non-returnable items include:
*Custom and personalized items
*Special order items
*Undergarments
*Swimsuits
*Closeout items
Returning Incorrect or Damaged Items:
If you received the incorrect product, or if the product you received is damaged, please call Todd and Moore at 803-765-0150 and a Customer Service Representative will gladly assist you and rectify the problem. Please note - you will have 30 days from delivery of the product to contact Todd and Moore for a return.
